Residential Deliveries

Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery date and time to a residence. Residential delivery requires appointment with the delivering carrier.  Our carrier will contact you to set a delivery date. The day before delivery, they will give you a 4 hour window that they will be in your area.   That will be given later in the day (late afternoon or early evening), the day prior to your delivery appointment.  The day of delivery, the driver will call ahead before delivery (usually 30 minutes).  Deliveries are generally Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.  Some exceptions may apply.  Expedited shipping for freight deliveries is not available.

Due to the care we take in double boxing your shipment, we rarely experience shipping damage, however, to protect you as our valued customer, please review and comply with the following details/instructions related to the board delivery process:

 

Our carrier will contact you to arrange a home delivery appointment.  Please ensure the phone number we have for you is a number that you can be easily reached during business hours.   Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday only.  Our carrier will deliver to the first dry area inside your front or porch door, or to your garage. The team will not unpack or remove any debris. For apartment/condos, delivery is to the ground floor of the building.  

 

All shipments require an adult signature and cannot be left without signature.

 

Please inspect all boxes for damage before taking delivery.  Please take pictures of any areas of damage on the boxes.  If possible, please note, or ask the driver to note, on the delivery slip the condition of the boxes (ie box torn, etc).

 

Remove your new board(s) immediately from the double boxes and bubble wrap they are shipped in. Do not leave unboxed board(s) in hot sun. Do not store your new board(s) inside the bubble wrap. 

 

Any damages must be reported via email to customerservice@cruisersup.com within 2 hours of delivery.

 

If you are picking up a shipment from our freight carriers terminal, please inspect for damages before leaving the carriers terminal.  Cruiser SUP does not accept responsibility for any damages once you have picked up from the carrier's terminal.

 

Orders and shipments cannot be cancelled once in transit, after departing our warehouse. Shipment must be received. You may return your unused purchase (in original packaging) for refund (less our cost of shipping, and 10% restocking fee). We do not offer transit time guarantees.
