Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery date and time to a residence. Residential delivery requires appointment by the delivering carrier (YRC). 

Note that deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm (residential deliveries are by appointment with transport company). Pickup at YRC Freight local terminal may be available outside 9am to 5pm delivery hours - however, please confirm with Cruiser SUP staff before as terminal hours may vary

If you want to look at guaranteed options (these only apply to commercial address or terminal pick up) please advise us via email and we can give you the options and respective costs.

YRC Transport Standard service is not a guaranteed transit time service. Unless a guaranteed delivery day service was selected or agreed upon (noted on your invoice by our sales manager) at the time of ordering, our carrier will do their best to deliver on date estimated for your waybill number on www.yrc.com - but is not be guaranteed. Residential deliveries (requiring delivery appointment) can take 1 to 2 extra days after estimated date into local freight terminal. Guaranteed delivery day is not available for residential deliveries.

Residential Delivery of Stand Up Paddle Board delivered by transport truck in US Customer makes appointment with local Yellow Freight terminal for delivery during regular business hours when Yellow Freight are in area. Much like appliance or furniture delivery, this will be for a morning or afternoon window. For most freight items, delivery is "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home or office. Please arrange for help to move the board if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery during the scheduled time. Signature and inspection required, or shipment insurance does not apply.

For most board orders shipped by transport trailer, delivery is "to the curb" (where driveway meets roadway). The driver is not responsible for carrying the board package into your home/garage/storage area from the trailer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you, (or someone else) are able to assist the driver removing the board shipment from the delivery truck trailer. 

Any additional shipping services requested by you such as inside delivery (where the driver has to carry the shipment to home/garage/storage location) or tailgate delivery (you do not assist in the unload the board from the trailer), will be billed to customer at the receiving address. These additional services (above and beyond curbside delivery) are additional expenses, that will be be invoiced by YRC to the receiver if additional services requested by the customer.
